Ulhasnagar PRO Yuvraj Badane Produces Fake Birth Certificate To Get Government Job

Dilip Malvankar, a social activist from Ulhasnagar was complaining about embezzlement in recent years. On his complaint, a hearing was held on January 22, 2021 at the office of Raja Dayani, Municipal Commissioner, UMC. Dayani had formed a four-member commission of inquiry to verify the authenticity of the birth certificate submitted by the Badanes. The birth certificate indicates that he was born on June 1, 1972. On October 27, 2021, the commission of inquiry submitted a report to the municipal commissioner.

Municipal corporation sources said that the investigation committee checked the birth certificate submitted to the school, college and found the date of birth to be June 1, 1970. In addition, the birth certificate The studies had a date, which was different, that is to say June 1, 1972. “However, seeing the harm done, a proposal was adopted in a general assembly to file a complaint against him,” said an official.

At the general meeting, Shiv Sena Corporal Rajendra Singh Bulare opposed the proposal. He alleged that there had been corruption of the commission of inquiry. Meanwhile, Ashok Naikwade, Deputy City Commissioner called it baseless. Asking him to produce evidence so that the authorities can act. However, no other corporator was against the proposal.

Raja Dayani, City Commissioner, UMC confirmed the development and said action would be taken according to law for wrongdoing.
