Crosby Marketing Communications appointed Marcos Ballestero as vice-president, director of digital creation. Ballestero comes to Crosby from Qorvis MSLGroup in Washington, DC, where he was vice president, creative director. He has also held creative leadership positions with Weber Shandwick, Ketchum, and the NIH Cancer Institute. In his new role, Ballestero will play a leading role in the creative design and user experience design of digital marketing campaigns, websites and mobile apps. “Marcos has world-class experience and further extends our creative capabilities to design and deliver brand experiences on digital platforms that drive higher levels of engagement and activation,” said Cabinet Chairman Raymond Crosby.

ADT hiring DeLu Jackson as marketing director. Jackson comes to ADT from Conagra Brands, where he was vice president of precision marketing. He was previously Vice President of Digital at Kellogg and Global Vice President of Digital at McDonald’s. In his new role, he will lead customer acquisition, marketing and advertising for ADT as well as the activation of partnerships such as ADT | Google and focusing on growing the number of subscribers. “DeLu shares our passion for building a customer-centric, data-driven organization that is tireless in protecting and connecting people to the things that matter most,” said Keith Holmes, Chief Revenue Officer at ADT .

4medias group add Jody nicholes and Blaire Galaton to its broadcast public relations team. Nicholes joins the agency as senior vice president of production services and Galaton is responsible for media relations. Nicholes served 27 years as a producer on the NBC News Channel, covering a wide range of events. Galaton was the executive producer and co-host of Cumulus Media Jack’s Diamond Show and a talent booker for Envision Radio Networks. “Jodie and Blaire are experts in their respective fields, so we know they will add tremendous value to our clients,” said 4media Group CEO and Global President Ed Cyster.

Energy Level, a supplier of renewable transaction infrastructure, promotes Christin Camacho to the vice president of marketing. Camacho has been with the company since 2018, most recently serving as Director of Marketing and Communications. She was previously Senior Content Marketing Manager at Redfin and Senior Account Manager at Edelman. In his new role, Camacho will oversee the marketing of LevelTen’s rapidly growing suite of software, analytics and services to large-scale renewable energy buyers, developers, advisors and financiers. “His ability to lead an effective marketing team, combined with his expertise in communications and marketing strategy, will be key to the company’s success as we expand the LevelTen platform,” said Ryan Warren, Commercial Director of LevelTen.
