Visit to Swaziland

The Champions visited the Kingdom of Swaziland from May 18-20 at the invitation of His Majesty King Mswati III on a regional mission to share experiences and encourage leadership to renew and revitalize the response to the HIV epidemic.

They met with the King, the Queen Mother and the Prime Minister, among others, to urge that traditional leaders be more directly involved in HIV prevention initiatives in their communities.
